1. About Fitcible
Fitcible is operated by Willmore Foods and Beverages Private Limited. By accessing or using fitcible.in, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies published on the website.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and processed.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order acknowledgement or payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfilment.

If we cancel a prepaid order after payment has been successfully received, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Fitcible does not require customers to provide sensitive authentication credentials such as a UPI PIN, banking password or card CVV directly to Fitcible. Such information should only be entered on the secure interface of the applicable payment provider.

7. Food safety, storage and consumption
Fitcible products should be stored, handled and consumed according to the instructions, date information and warnings printed on the product packaging.
Do not consume a product if its packaging appears materially tampered with, damaged, leaking, compromised or otherwise unsafe. Eligible delivery or product issues should be reported within the applicable issue reporting timeline stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Allergies and dietary information
Some Fitcible products may contain or be manufactured, processed, stored or packed in environments where nuts, seeds, cereals, milk, soy or other allergens are present. Customers with allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should carefully review the product label before consumption.
Website descriptions are provided for general product information and do not replace the information printed on the final product packaging.
